What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item and on whether you need decoration or a custom color. Stock items usually start lower. Send your quantity and we will confirm the MOQ with the quote.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples of stock items are available on request. For custom designs, we make samples after you approve the drawing.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the item, quantity and decoration. We confirm it with every quote, before you place the order.
Can you match our brand color and add our logo?
Yes. We offer color matching and decoration such as printing, hot stamping and coating. See the customization page for options.
How do you pack and ship?
Goods are packed in export cartons on pallets and shipped by sea, air or express. Tell us your destination and preferred terms.
Can one order combine different products?
Yes. Add several products to your inquiry list and send them in one request, and we will quote them together.
